Exciting Opportunities for Bible Study are Right Around the Corner!

Beginning on April 3 at 5:00 pm our Spring FOCUS classes will begin. 

 Bill and Jennifer Snively will facilitate a dynamic study entitled “When Life Is Hard”, written by James MacDonald.  The book was born from the author’s personal experience with cancer and other major trials.  Children of God can be sure that trials will come our way, but our hardships are raw materials in the hands of a mighty God who wants to work in our life for our good.  We can trust Him to burn away the impurities and to bring us forth as gold!

John Piper’s study “Don’t Waste Your Life” will be facilitated by Pastor Tim and Cindy Bullington.  “God created us to live with a single passion:  to joyfully display His supreme excellence in all the spheres of life.  The wasted life is the life without this passion.  God calls us to pray and think and dream and plan and work not to be made much of, but to make much of him in every part of our lives.  This book will challenge you to live and die boasting in the cross of Christ asnd making the glory of God your singular passion.”  Join us and delve into the riches of God’s Word.  “Learn to live for Christ and don’t waste your life!”

For children in grades 4-6 the study will be “I’m A Christian Now”, published by Lifeway.  This study teaches the steps to becoming a Christian and the responsibilities that living a life for Christ entails.  Children in grades 1-3 will be studying “The ABCs of Handling Money God’s Way”, by Crown Financial Services.  Each of the children’s classes are priced at $10 to cover materials.  For ages birth through kindergarten childcare is offered free of charge to parents who are in classes.
