Meet the Staff

Pastor Tim Bullington, Senior Pastor

Tim began as senior pastor of Dundee Baptist Church in July 2002. He moved here with his wife of 30 years, Cindy, his daughter Brooke, and loyal poodle Bubbles. Tim graduated with Special Distinction (3.8 GPA) from the Baptist College of Florida (formerly Baptist Bible Institute) in 1983 with a Bachelor of Ministry Degree in Biblical Studies.

Tim preached his first sermon in Davenport, Florida at the age of 18, and God called him to preach on April 22, 1979 at the age of 21. Tim was called as the pastor of his first church shortly thereafter in Colquitt, Georgia in 1980.

Over the years he has attended conferences and seminars led by notable men such as John McArthur, John Piper, R.C. Sproul, John Maxwell, Alistair Begg, and Adrian Rogers. His favorite authors include several of the aforementioned names, as well as Charles Spurgeon, J.C. Ryle, and select Puritan writers.

His greatest strengths and spiritual gifts are preaching and leadership. The church has grown significantly during the course of his ministry, and has gone from a single-staff situation to four full time ministry personnel and five part-time personnel.

In his spare time (“What is that?” he asked), Tim loves to work out with weights, play basketball, softball, and X-Box, go bass fishing and detail his vehicles. Tim is also an die-hard fan of the University of Alabama, Pittsburgh Steelers, and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
